The Season is over?? SAY IT ISN’T SO COACH!!

It’s hard to believe but we find ourselves in the final week of the 2010 Spring Season.  We hope everyone has had an enjoyable season to this point.  We wanted to share some information with you regarding year-end activities at Maitland Little League.

Majors (Field B)
In accordance with our Bylaws, if two different teams win the first and second halves there will be a 2-out-of-3 series to determine the Majors Top Team.  The Red Sox won the first half of the season and the Nationals won the second half.

Game 1  Monday May 17 6:30pm

Minors AAA (Field A)
In accordance with our Bylaws the final 3 games played by each team in the AAA division is considered a “Round Robin” tournament.  The 2 teams with the best records after each team has played their 3 games will play one game to determine the Minors Top Team.

Minors Top Team Game Tuesday May 18 6:30pm

We  invite everyone to come out to the ballpark to support these players.

YEAREND BANQUET
The yearend banquet will be held Sunday May 23 at 5:00pm at Keller.

The league will provide BBQ for the picnic dinner.

We ask that A, AAA, Majors & Softball families bring a side dish and AA & T-Ball families bring a dessert for everyone to share.  For more information on the banquet, please contact your team parent.

Thanks for your support and continued participation in Maitland Little League.

Sincerely,
Pete Opresko
President, Maitland LL
